Event: Online Zoom Workshop: Calling Oneself In:
A Day of Exploring Self Images . . .

Facilitator: Bethan Elsdale RCST, UKCP reg. IoB.

Date: Sunday 28 November 2021.
Time: 10am-5.30pm. Break from 1pm-3.15pm. (UK time)
Event Description: Photographs offer information about ourselves in ways we might not expect. This nurtures deeper self connection, gives a voice to that which has yet to be heard in us, and supports healing and integration of our lived experience. This approach can be used for self enquiry, and integrated into therapeutic work with others.

Bring a variety of photographs of yourself which include your face. For example 1-3 years of age, 5-8 years and 12-16 years. Paper images are preferable to digital ones.

Bethan Elsdale RCST, UKCP reg. IoB, Bethan has over 30 years experience offering Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Core Process Psychotherapy in Edinburgh.

She is an initiate of Brigid of Ireland and offers ‘teachings from the cauldron’ of Celtic Consciousness.

She supports individuals and groups to bring more wholeness and consciousness into their lives, and draws on her own rich and varied life experience in support of this, as she invites the sacred into everyday life.
