Event Description: Are you longing for a more peaceful and compassionate response to Life? Do you want to nurture a more tender relationship with yourself and with others? Would you like to navigate difficult situations with more grace and less stress?Through simple and profound practices, we will learn a path to do that, connect with our inner experience and deepen self-awareness. This work is anchored in the practice of Nonviolent Communication originally created by Marshall Rosenberg and now shared all over the world by a movement of practitioners and in very diverse settings (including prisons, schools, communities and organisations).
The day will be facilitated by Vérène Nicolas who is a Quaker, certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication and organisational consultant. She is based in Glasgow. You can read more about her work on www.verenenicolas.org
