Event Description: This is an invitation for those who are interested in spiritual development and deepening into the heart energy. This energy goes beyond your stories, good or bad and brings you back to your true self. When your heart opens you feel a great connection to everything that is. This retreat offers heart-centred practices to inspire you to live your life fully in each moment and to awaken to joy, peace and wisdom that is present in you already. You will learn how to trust your life again, become more authentic, and to relax into an intimate relationship with the world.
Through mindfulness, guided meditations and creative exercises you will enter into the temple of your heart. You will learn how to activate profound levels of healing energy catalysing you to your highest potential. There will be a lot of opportunity for self-enquiry, stillness, as well as sharing and joyful connection.

Kasia Winiarczyk is a practising psychotherapist, Mindfulness teacher and group facilitator. She is also a co-founder of Blue Morpho Body and Mind Centre in Edinburgh. Kasia holds a degree in Administration Law and a degree in Psychology as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Buddhist Psychology. Her Postgraduate Diploma was gained having trained on the Postgraduate Counselling and Psychotherapy Programme with Caroline Brazier and David Brazier who are authorities on Buddhist Psychotherapy and Zen Therapy.
Kasia is passionate about Buddhist Psychology, a healing force of the Heart, Mindfulness and Creativity. As a psychotherapist Kasia works privately with a variety of clients. Additionally, she has specialized in alcohol and drug addiction while working for the charity organization.
Kasia's spiritual pursuit started 17 years ago after traumatic life experiences. Since then she has explored different spiritual traditions, travelled to India where she visited many holy places and met her spiritual teacher. Kasia finds that the Buddhist spiritual tradition is closest to her heart and she wants to share her knowledge and experience while facilitating this retreat.
