Online Zoom Workshop Series: Journeying into your Family Tree –
Reconnect to your Roots and set yourself Free from patterns and beliefs ingrained in the family system.
Facilitator: Aoisanam.
Dates: Sundays 12 January, 26 January, 9 February 2025.
Times: 10am-12.30pm (UK time).
Description: Did you ever feel like you are carrying around a burden that is not yours alone? Have you ever wondered about the untold stories handed down in your family tree? Do you know where your roots are growing? Or maybe you just want to learn more about what it means to be a part of your tribe. This work is all about getting to know yourself, whether you are closely related to your family or in a distant relationship. No matter if they are still walking this earth plane or have left their earthly form.
You are invited to explore what this all means for you, your physical and mental wellbeing, your life and your sense of belonging. Depending on the themes being brought to the table, you learn to work with the genogram, storytelling, family constellations, shamanic rituals and Celtic healing sounds. After exploring these elements you will have more insight in your family tree, how this impacts your life and it will empower you to take the next step into your healing journey, which is your life.
Bio: Aoisanam has been working with the broader family system that people belong to for a long time. Her inspiration comes from exploring and healing of her own life and family tree. Her latest work focuses on transgenerational trauma and the Healing of the Lands for which she has been travelling around Europe. This work is of course closely related to the people walking these lands and their descendants.
Aoisanam has a wealth of knowledge and experience working with the broader family system and has been active in this field for many years. She was initiated in the Order of Brigid in 2019 and has rooted herself in Shamanism and Celtic Consciousness.
