Event Description: This workshop will give you the space to inquire deeper into your relationship with your mother, and how this has formed who you are today. Exploring our Mother/Daughter/Son entanglement and the influence of this in our lives, we will hold a space to integrate and heal into soulful Individuation.
This is a very practical workshop, with group participation, self-inquiry and sharing, followed by concluding sacred ritual. Bethan and Greta each have over 25 years of experience facilitating healing in individuals and groups, this workshop is held within the Teachings from the Cauldron of Brigid.

Bethan Elsdale UKCP Reg, RCST, is an experienced Core Process Psychotherapist, Craniosacral Therapist and supervisor, based in Edinburgh. She holds a nursing qualification, and has worked within the NHS. She supports individuals and groups to bring more wholeness and consciousness to their lives, and draws on her own varied life experience in support of this. In more recent years she has become an initiate of Brigit of Ireland and uses ritual to support healing, and to invite more of the sacred into everyday life.
Greta Pattison has been working as a psychotherapist, bodywork therapist, trainer and yoga teacher for over 25 years. She has held senior therapist status for the past 15 years. Her early career was as a contemporary dance performer and teacher. In her journey of personal healing and search for understanding of holistic health, she has engaged in over 25 years intense studies in Dzogchen (Tibetan Buddhism), Atman teachings (Hinduism/Yoga Philosophy) and has latterly been mentored in Celtic Consciousness with the Teachings from the Cauldron of Brigid. Greta is known for her genuine sincerity, warmth and dedication to healing and growth.
