Learn the tools of self empathy to use in any moment

Some experience of Nonviolent Communication would be helpful, although not essential. Nonviolent Communication is used the world over in many different settings as more and more people are experiencing the power of empathy and honesty which learning this model supports. At its heart is the understanding, common to all world religions, that living in compassion and kindness benefits ourselves and our world.  We can learn to practise empathy for ourselves and for those around us and how to be honest without creating more conflict. More information can be found here www.cnvc.org and at www.nonviolentcommunication.com

Shona Cameron is interested in the place where psychology meets spirit. She seeks to live in this moment by practising empathy, presence and love. Shona has been studying and practising Nonviolent Communication (NVC) since 2003 and has been a Certified Trainer since 2006. By training, Shona is an Educational Psychologist who works to bring compassion to communication in schools, families and within psychology. Shona also runs workshops and retreats around the UK and beyond, works with individuals and couples and enjoys supporting those of us who are called to listen to the earth and who are working to rebuild a more connected future. www.withunity.co.uk
