Sheila Nugent:
Bio: Sheila Nugent was born in Cookstown into a well know Catholic family.
No stranger to loss and fierce grief, Sheila carried a deep shameful personal secret for many many years, because to tell it at that time, would have been devastating both for her and her family.
In her third book, The Lost Years, Sheila shares with us the story of this wounding.
In this interview we hear how as a Seabhean or wise elder, a healer, and a teacher, she felt the need to let the story be told.
And she tells it now without shame or guilt.
And it has a happy ending.

Bio: Phyllida Anam-Áire is a grandmother, a former Irish nun, author, poet and therapist.
She has worked extensively with the sick and dying and has just finished her 5th book.
Having reached 81 years of age, she is truly in love with her beautiful life and grateful for it too.
Phyllida lives in Edinburgh, Scotland.
