Chair:

Phyllida Anam Aire:

Bio: I just love being a fully paid-up participant in this amazing drama of Life. Somehow, I don’t see it as MY Life rather, I have the awful privilege of being called to experience a very short spiral in this dramatic and dynamic mystery of Love made flesh.

Nearing my 80th birthday is such a rich and splendid privilege, one that fills me with deep gratitude to Life Itself. Joy has been a constant companion these past years.

Speakers:

Sólasan Elina von Herzklang:

Title: All Healthy Growth Starts at the Roots.

Description: I will joyfully share with you from my personal experiences what I have learned about comfort zones and (healthy) boundaries. So to speak, "boundaries" or "no boundaries" are reflected in all types of relationships, including family, romantic relationships, friendships, at work, and nowadays in the use of social media and technology. I realized for myself that healthy growth has to start at the root. Thanks to watch nature, and the "Teachings of the cauldron" and our community, I am learning to take root, grow and thrive in a healthy way. This is reflected in more and more loving encounters with myself and all beings.

Bio: Sólasan Elina von Herzklang (German), birth and death Doula, mother of four. Researcher in the 13 signs of the zodiac in interaction with femininity/humanity. Singer-Songwriter, Poet and Storyteller. Sólasan is a Priestess and Initiate of Brigid of Ireland. Her devotion is to also be a Guardian and Teacher of the Gutha (Celtic mantras).

Lorna Mckey:

Description: Lorna contemplates the concept of boundaries and ponders whether these attempts are ego-driven or an ultimate protection for our Inner Child. She will explore the practices she takes to unfold her truths and inner world vulnerabilities and needs. It is through accepting all parts (with no apology) that she has recently reclaimed her sovereignty, that of, finally changing her name which has released her from the discordant codings of the name she just let go of and all the identities that came with the name.

Bio: Lorna Mckey is a spiritual activist using holographic thinking and journaling to explore the multidimensional experiences of life and the inner and outer cosmos. An avid proponent of journaling to explore the shadow side and the many parts of the inner child into becoming more fully embodied in this human existence.

A life coach, writer and meditator on connecting to your inner soul-mate enabling aligned action through honouring your core values and living a life of authentic expression.

Her favourite saying is: Living through your soul contract and energetic signature builds the electromagnetic frequency of your biosphere

Her favourite ritual is: Plunging daily in the Celtic shores and walking there barefoot to connect with earth’s magnetic frequencies – Earthing.

Judy Wilkinson:

Title: Comfort Zones, Healthy Boundaries and Identity.

Description: I will draw on my spiritual journey through first reading the Tao of Physics by Franz Capra to Ursula le Guin’s version of Tao te Ching and practicing Tai Chi. As I reach the end of my seventh cycle this has led to my increasing immersion in the natural world and exploration of my identity as part of the cosmos. I have found there are limitations and barriers of language as well as awareness of comfort zones and boundaries when discussing this with others.

Bio: I first studied theoretical physics with an interest in wave theory, electromagnetism and geometric patterns. For the last fifty years I have tended my allotment and campaigned for more growing spaces so everyone has access to a patch of land.

Áine Críseá Murphy:

Originally from Northern Ireland Áine moved to Edinburgh in 1994. Áine started as a drama teacher and worked mainly with children and young people with multiple disabilities and vision impairment (MDVI) She then flowed into teaching Mindfulness and found it to have such a significant impact that she now works part time with MDVI children and visits a range of schools introducing programmes of mindfulness over a number of weeks. Áine now blends drama and mindfulness to create an environment where children can respond and express themselves with feeling and find joy in creative adventures. Áine often embodies the teachings of the cauldron into her work with children. Within the confines of education, Aine works from the soul.
